Job summary

BrightFarms is seeking a Support Analyst to deliver IT support across our Atlanta facilities. You will be the first point of contact for hardware, software, and connectivity issues, assisting office and plant staff, with a strong customer service mindset.

In this role you will manage tickets, assist with onboarding, configure devices, and collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex problems. Prior experience in an IT support role is required, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
• Experience using a ticketing system and IT workflows.
• Strong communication and patient service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with device provisioning and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for IT support requests.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage tickets through full lifecycle in ITSM platform.
• Support device provisioning for new hires and replacements.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Escalate complex issues with clear documentation.
• Contribute to knowledge base with solutions.
• Support AV and conferencing equipment for meetings.
• Assist with moves, cable management, and basic network work.
