Job summary

Upstart’s IT Support Analyst role is based in Columbus, OH, with a digital-first, flexible approach and on-site engagement at the Columbus office. You’ll support Mac OS environments, onboarding/offboarding, and training, ensuring employees have the tools to be productive.

You’ll resolve issues across Okta, GSuite, Atlassian, Slack, and related systems, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support or customer service for Mac OS.
• 2+ years in first/second level IT support for Okta, GSuite, Atlassian, Slack, MDM (Jamf), Zoom and Meraki.
• Ability to perform basic problem determination and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with IT projects or large initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Keep help desk inquiries organized via Jira Service Desk.
• Onboard/offboard employees, vendors, and contractors.
• Provide IT training to employees on resources and usage.
• Deliver excellent internal/external client service with minimal productivity impact.
• Document tasks and create repeatable processes for the IT team.
• Identify tech issue trends and develop preventive processes.
• Respond to inquiries in a succinct, meaningful way.
• Resolve issues with Okta, GSuite, Atlassian, Slack, and related tools.
