Job summary

Greenstone Meats is seeking a client-focused IT Support Specialist to boost productivity, reliability, and secure technology adoption across the organization. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, handle day-to-day resolutions, onboarding readiness, endpoint support, and maintain accurate IT documentation.

Responsibilities include user support across chat, email, and in-person, setup of laptops and devices, access provisioning in AD/M365, network troubleshooting, knowledge

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
• Experience with Windows endpoints and mobile devices.
• Experience with cloud productivity platforms (Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365).
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
• Excellent communication to explain tech to non‑tech staff.
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools (Intune).
• Certifications such as A+, Network+, or MCP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• User Support: Provide responsive technical support via chat, email, and in-person channels for office and remote staff.
• Endpoint & Software Setup: Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, monitors, peripherals, and software licenses.
• Access Management: Onboard/offboard provisioning in Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network, VPN, Wi‑Fi, printer, OS, and app issues.
• Documentation: Maintain internal knowledge base articles, guides, and FAQs.
• Asset Governance: Maintain inventory records for hardware, software, and devices.
