We are looking for a IT Support Analyst to join our group.Raleigh Medical Group is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide first-level technical support across our clinics and corporate offices. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-service mindset, and experience supporting Windows-based environments in a fast-paced setting.ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for IT support via help desk tickets, phone, and emailTroubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues (PCs, printers, scanners, phones)Support Microsoft 365, Intune-managed devices, and approved business applicationsAssist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and equipment provisioningSupport basic network connectivity issues and escalate as neededMaintain accurate documentation of tickets, resolutions, and IT inventoryAssist with technology rollouts, clinic migrations, and IT projectsProvide support related to the organization’s EMR platform and integrationsEnsure compliance with HIPAA and IT security policiesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 2 years of IT support or help desk experienceStrong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365Experience with help desk or remote support tools (Intune, ConnectWise, or similar)Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing)Strong communication and customer service skillsPreferredAssociate or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or A+/similar certificationsExperience in a healthcare or medical office environmentFamiliarity with EMR systems and HIPAA compliancePhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and carry IT equipment up to 40 lbsWhy Raleigh Medical Group?We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
