Job summary

Raleigh Medical Group in Raleigh, NC is seeking an IT Systems Support Analyst to provide first-level technical support across our clinics and corporate offices. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices, and help ensure reliable technology for frontline caregivers.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, Windows and Microsoft 365 expertise, plus experience with Intune and EMR integrations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 2 years of IT support or help desk experience.
Experience in a healthcare or medical office environment preferred.
Familiarity with EMR systems and HIPAA compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for IT support via tickets, phone, and email.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues (PCs, printers, scanners, phones).
Support Microsoft 365, Intune-managed devices, and approved business applications.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and equipment provisioning.
Maintain documentation of tickets, resolutions, and IT inventory.
Support EMR platform and integrations and participate in IT projects.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and IT security policies.
