The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, have 2+ years of IT support experience, and be proficient with Windows, Mac, Active Directory, Office 365, and other cloud-based services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and other cloud-based services.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
