Job summary

Our client in Austin, TX is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support for corporate end users, laptops, desktops, and applications on a 6-month contract basis.

Responsibilities include level 2 support, Windows 10/11 and macOS, image/deploy laptops, manage AD/365, VPN, and user accounts, and work with SCCM/Intune/Jamf. Strong customer service is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on IT/Desktop Support experience.
• Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting experience.
• Experience supporting Mac/macOS.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems.
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with SCCM, Intune, Jamf, ServiceNow, Zoom, Teams, ITIL or basic PowerShell/Bash would be a plus.
