Job summary

Intelligent Audit is seeking an IT Support Administrator to be the first point of contact for end-user tech support and to keep office IT operations running smoothly. You will handle Level 1 help desk tasks, device setup, account provisioning, and onsite/offsite support in Rochelle Park, NJ, reporting to the IT Systems & Security Manager.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows/macOS issues, managing login and VPN access, documenting steps, and coordinating with the IT & InfoSec team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT support/help desk
• Degree not required but a plus
• Certs desirable: CompTIA A+, Network+ (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for Tier 1 help desk tickets and walk-up requests.
• Provide in-person and remote support for office and off-site employees.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and common M365 apps.
• Assist with login, password, MFA, and VPN issues.
• Document steps and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to IT Systems Admin or InfoSec.
