Job summary

Plexus Worldwide, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks a Service Desk Technician to be the frontline IT support for employees and to contribute to systems administration and endpoint management. The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, automation, and improving security across Microsoft 365, identity platforms, and device management.

You will work with a broad enterprise technology environment, collaborating with infrastructure, security, and applications teams, and you will have

Qualifications

• Three or more years in service desk, desktop support, or systems administration.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, AD, Entra ID, Okta, and endpoint management tools.
• Working knowledge of ITSM, MDM, and RMM platforms.
• Experience with user lifecycle management including provisioning and licensing.
• Foundational PowerShell scripting and automation mindset.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, high-quality employee support across hardware, software, and endpoints.
• Administer the employee technology lifecycle: provisioning, access, licensing, deployment, deprovisioning.
• Manage identity and endpoint platforms to ensure secure access.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across desktop, networking, authentication, and business apps.
• Maintain IT asset records, licensing, and least-privilege access compliance.
• Create technical documentation and promote self-service to reduce recurring tickets.
• Participate in IT on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
