Job summary

Medpace in Cincinnati is seeking a qualified IT Support professional to join our global team. This role provides remote and onsite help desk support, resolves technical issues, and supports end users across the organization.

You will handle user account administration, hardware and software support, and participate in testing new technologies. A Bachelor's degree and 1+ year in Help Desk are required. This is a full-time role with on-site offices and occasional remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or other IT related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support type role.
• Experience with PC Equipment, Active Directory, Office 365, Adobe products, and other cloud-based applications a plus.
