As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Technology Resilience team supporting strategic initiatives, recovery testing, incident management, and executive reporting. • Track program milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely execution.
• Participate in technical meetings involving infrastructure, cloud, application, and cybersecurity teams.
• Create executive-ready presentations and reports to communicate resilience initiatives and incident reviews.
• Support process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements within the organization.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in technical project coordination, infrastructure support, or technology operations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments including servers, databases, networking, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools.
