Job summary

Legends & ASM Global seeks an IT Supervisor to support IT operations for stadium events, ensuring payment devices function, PCI compliance is maintained, and rapid response to service calls. You will perform weekly event sweeps, coordinate with IT leads, and maintain orderly wiring and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT supervision or venue tech operations.
• Knowledge of PCI compliance and payment devices.
• Familiar with creating audit logs and documentation for audits.
• Experience executing event sweeps and equipment checks.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Event Sweep during event week, verifying all Station Duo registers are operational.
• Ensure devices are connected to the internet and able to process payments.
• Submit at least 4 audit logs on 4 different devices per sweep for PCI compliance.
• Keep wire management orderly and replace non-working components with documented changes.
• Support IT calls for service on event days and coordinate with IT leads.
• Maintain proper clock-in/clock-out times and adhere to posted work hours.
