Job summary

Legends is hiring an IT Supervisor for Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL. This part-time role supports the IT department during events, handles the Event Sweep, and ensures all Station Duo registers stay online and PCI compliant.

You will coordinate with IT Leads, assist staff on event days, and maintain accurate clock-in/out records. Hours are 10 AM–4 PM on non-event days with additional call-time on event days.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Event Sweep in 3 days for major events or 1 day for lesser events.
• Verify all Station Duo registers are working, connected to internet and able to take payments, and PCI compliant (submit audit logs from 4 devices).
• Ensure wire management is complete and orderly at all locations.
• Document any non-working components and return them to the IT office with notes.
• Assist IT Leads and staff on event days, coordinating coverage and support as needed.
• Maintain proper clock-in and clock-out times in the posted schedule.
