Job summary

Legends & ASM Global seeks an IT Supervisor to support the Raymond James Stadium IT needs during events and non-event days. You’ll verify equipment, ensure payments work, and coordinate with IT Leads for coverage while maintaining service levels and incident response.

You will perform routine sweeps, manage wiring, document changes, and keep compliance and audit logs. Join us to deliver reliable fan experiences through tech excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT supervision or venue IT support preferred.
• Knowledge of PCI compliance and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify all components are in working order and PCI compliant (audit logs on four devices per sweep).
• Ensure the device is connected to the internet and able to take payments.
• Wire management is complete and orderly at all locations.
• Replace non-working components and document changes; return non-working parts to IT.
• Sweep checklist is completed and details any outstanding issues.
• Support IT department calls for service on event day and coordinate with IT Leads for coverage.
