Job summary

Legends & ASM Global seeks an IT Supervisor to support the Raymond James Stadium IT needs during events and non-event days. You’ll verify equipment, ensure payments work, and coordinate with IT Leads for coverage while maintaining service levels and incident response.

Qualifications

• Ensure the device is connected to the internet and able to take payments.
• Wire management is complete and orderly at all locations.
• Replace non-working components and document changes; return non-working parts to IT.
• Sweep checklist is completed and details any outstanding issues.
• Support IT department calls for service on event day and coordinate with IT Leads for coverage.

Raymond James Stadium

The partnership includes overseeing the Raymond James Stadium food and beverage program development and management for concessions, suites and premium areas for all game days, concerts, special events and any food and beverage related activations for the iconic Pirate Ship. IT Supervisor Responsibilities

The IT supervisor will be responsible for completing the Event Sweep the week of an event. This will include verifying all Station Duo registers are the following:

• All components are in working order.


• The device is connected to the internet and able to take payments.


• PCI Compliant (Submit at least 4 Audit logs on 4 different devices per sweep.)


• Wire management is complete and orderly at all locations.


• Any components that do not work must be replaced, and the changes shall be documented. Any non-working components shall be returned to the IT office.


• Sweep checklist is completed and details any outstanding issues.

The expected completion time for Sweeps is 3 days for major events and 1 day for lesser events.

Event Day

The IT supervisor will be tasked with supporting the IT Department's calls for service on event day by responding to calls for service and/or supporting staff who have been dispatched. The IT supervisor will also coordinate with IT Leads to cover areas where staff are on break, ensuring proper response times. The IT supervisor will assist in any other duties the Venue Tech manager may need.

Scheduling

The Venue Tech manager will inform the IT supervisor in advance of the workdays. Hours will be from 10 AM-4 PM on non-event days, and staff call times will be set for event days. Proper clock-in and clock-out times must be maintained at the posted times.
