Job summary

Orange County Sanitation District (OC San) is offering an Information Technology Student Intern position in California. Qualifications

• Undergraduate and graduate students must be enrolled full-time at a college or university, in good standing, and maintain a GPA of 2.0 or better to be eligible for a paid internship with OC San.
• One year of school remaining is required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Assist with user requests for service, troubleshoot issues and help develop solutions.
• Support PC hardware components, desktop operating systems, and applications.
• Record activities, solutions, and other responses to incidents and service requests within ticketing system.
• Work with vendors to research and evaluate products for system upgrades.
• Assist with user training for hardware and software.
• Assist with inventory and client management records.
• Create automated scripts for software installs and OS processes.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
