Job summary

PUC National is seeking a part-time IT Intern in Burbank, CA to provide basic technical support to staff and users and assist with daily IT operations. Under the supervision of the IT Technician, you will help manage inventory, move computer equipment, and handle helpdesk tasks while maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of information.

The role requires current enrollment in an undergraduate program (preferably Computer Science) and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in undergraduate coursework, preferably in Computer Science.
• Some experience within IT or a related field is helpful.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide staff and users with basic IT support for computer hardware and software issues.
• Assist with helpdesk tickets and IT asset management tasks.
• Assist in maintaining student computer fleet and on-site equipment.
• Report networking anomalies or issues to the IT Technician.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the IT team.
