You will translate business priorities into strategic initiatives, run short-cycle assessments, and drive operating model improvements.

You will collaborate with business leaders, IT, finance and external partners, prepare executive materials, and guide cost optimization and innovation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as CS, IS, Engineering, or Business.
• 5–8+ years in IT strategy, technology consulting, or enterprise transformation.
• Proven experience delivering strategic assessments, business cases, or roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes, platforms, and governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic assessments to evaluate business needs and technology options.
• Develop and execute Diagnostics IT strategy, including roadmaps and operating models.
