Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5–8+ years in IT strategy, technology consulting, enterprise transformation, or similar.
- Experience structuring and delivering strategic assessments, business cases, and transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and execute the Diagnostics IT strategy with strategic initiatives and roadmaps.
- Lead short-cycle strategic assessments evaluating business needs and technology options.
- Structure complex questions and develop fact-based, transparent recommendations.
- Contribute to IT target operating model design including governance and interfaces.
- Drive strategic measures from concept to implementation focusing on cost optimization and value realization.
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT, finance, and external partners to align requirements.
