Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in healthcare industry.
• 5+ years in strategy, business development, corporate development, management consulting, venture investing, open innovation, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of the diagnostics and broader healthcare ecosystem.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance the strategic innovation agenda for Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics in alignment with enterprise priorities and long-term growth objectives.
• Identify and prioritize clinical and technological unmet needs, emerging innovation areas, market dynamics, and competitive trends to inform strategy.
• Lead cross-functional enterprise-level innovation initiatives through a stage-gated process to outline, evaluate, de-risk, negotiate, and launch opportunities.
• Lead market, clinical, technical, IP, and asset valuation assessments for licensing, collaboration, venture investment, and M&A opportunities.
• Build and sustain portfolio analytics, KPIs, standard work, and performance insights for data-driven strategy.
• Deliver executive-ready recommendations to senior leadership to inform business strategy.
