Qualifications

10+ years of experience in strategy, program/portfolio management or transformation leadership.
5+ years of experience in healthcare/medtech or related field.
Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation and change initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Strong communication, facilitation and executive stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile, Lean, or digital transformation methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning, alignment and execution of critical transformation priorities.
Oversee Transformation Office and enterprise program portfolio governance.
Drive cross-functional coordination among departments, IT, operations and finance.
Lead change management and adoption efforts with HR, Communications and sponsors.
