Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 5–8+ years in IT strategy or related role in a complex enterprise.
• Proven ability to structure strategic assessments and deliver tangible recommendations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, refinement, and execution of the Diagnostics IT strategy.
• Lead short-cycle strategic assessments for business needs and technology options.
• Structure complex questions, conduct fact-based analyses, and develop recommendations.
• Contribute to design of IT target operating model, governance, and interfaces.
• Drive strategic measures from concept through implementation, including cost optimization.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT, finance, procurement, and external partners.
• Prepare concise management materials and communicate to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal and external experts with clear deliverables and timelines.
• Strengthen IT strategy methods and market intelligence.
