ILIA Beauty is seeking a Director of IT Operations & Business Systems to lead a scalable technology ecosystem. You will shape the strategy, governance, and execution of IT operations and enterprise systems while partnering with Finance, Operations, People, and Digital teams to drive efficiency and growth.

This hybrid role is ideal for a strategic leader who can balance hands-on oversight with executive partnership in a high-growth, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT with 3–5+ years in a leadership or director role.
• Proven experience owning IT strategy and business systems in a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year IT and business systems roadmap aligned with growth.
• Own enterprise systems selection, integration, and optimization (ERP/HRIS/CRM).
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and hybrid work environment.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and MSP performance.
• Lead security, compliance, risk management, and business continuity.
