Job summary

Beauty Industry Group is seeking a Director of Cybersecurity and IT Support to lead the cybersecurity technology roadmap and global IT support operations across our Shared Services organization. You will partner with the fractional CISO to translate strategy into executable programs and ensure high-quality IT services worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent).
• 7+ years of progressive IT experience.
• 3+ years leading IT operations, service delivery, or technical teams.
• Experience managing enterprise technology projects or programs.
• Experience implementing cybersecurity technologies or security improvements.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and MSPs.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, endpoint management, IAM, MS 365, cloud, networking, and enterprise apps.
• Experience with ITSM practices and platforms.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity program execution with the fractional CISO to deliver the roadmap.
• Oversee IT support operations and service delivery for global employees.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across IT, Infrastructure, HR, Legal, Compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships and external security partners.
• Ensure security controls transition into ongoing operations and audits.
• Provide KPI data for governance and reporting.
