Job summary

Tangram Flex, Inc. seeks a Director of Information Technology to lead strategic IT initiatives, cybersecurity, and infrastructure across the company.

You will guide internal IT, Help Desk, Information Security, and DevOps/DevSecOps teams to deliver secure and scalable technology services for employees and customers. You will partner with the CTO and cross-functional leaders to balance security, usability, and growth while implementing AI tooling and automation to accelerate Tangram’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience with 5+ years guiding technical teams.
• Experience in highly regulated DoD/DoW environments and cybersecurity compliance.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise IT operations, cloud infra, and DevOps/DevSecOps.
• Security-focused mindset with prior involvement in CMMC/NIST/DFARS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Tangram Flex IT roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor the IT, Help Desk, Information Security, and DevOps/DevSecOps teams.
• Oversee enterprise IT operations: cloud, networks, endpoints, identity management, applications.
• Drive cybersecurity programs: risk assessments, incident response, access management, monitoring.
• Partner with Engineering to secure SDLC and enable AI tooling adoption.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and optimize technology investments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness across IT services.
