Job summary

Teguar Corporation seeks an IT Director to own the companys IT infrastructure, endpoints, and security controls day to day, including oversight of MSPs and compliance efforts. The role involves hands-on scripting and light software development, guiding AI adoption while maintaining secure production systems.

Youll partner with Product Management and Operations to move AI initiatives from concept to secure, production-ready solutions, and build the ISO 27001 readiness evidence and cyber-insurance

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience with security controls.
• Experience managing or transitioning outsourced MSP relationships.
• Working software development or scripting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT infrastructure management across all locations.
• Manage MSP performance, scope, cost, and transitions as needed.
• Implement core security controls: MFA, conditional access, patching, encryption.
• Govern AI tooling usage and data-handling guardrails.
• Write scripts and internal tools for automation and product config.
• Collaborate with Product/Operations to productionize AI initiatives.
• Build ISO 27001 readiness evidence; coordinate cyber-insurance paperwork.
• Respond to customer security questionnaires; document incident plans.
