You will mentor IT teams, drive innovation, ensure security and policy compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business goals. The role emphasizes strong leadership and a track record in software development life cycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in IT leadership and managing IT coding projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with the full life cycle of software development.
• Experience with document management, vendor management, and website management.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy for the division and oversee planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.
• Manage IT teams and mentor staff, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
