Job summary

Brown & Brown is seeking a Manager of IT / Senior Project Manager to guide the IT strategy across a division and drive successful project delivery from initiation through completion.

The role requires leadership of IT teams, strong communication, and hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle, vendor management, and security best practices. A PMP or ITIL certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT leadership and managing IT projects.
• Experience with full software development lifecycle.
• Experience with vendor management and website management.
• Certification such as PMP, ITIL or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy aligned to business goals and enterprise objectives.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Manage IT teams; mentor and develop staff members' skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, goals, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and security protocols.
