Qualifications

• B.S. in Information Technology or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of IT leadership and managing IT coding projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with the full life cycle of software development.
• Experience with document management, vendor management, and website management.
• Experience managing a team, setting goals, delegating, and developing team members.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and independent motivation.
• PMP, ITIL or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough problem analysis of technical systems and applications and propose resolutions.
• Develop IT strategies aligned with business goals and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and manage IT teams.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, goals and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and security practices.
• Collaborate with network staff to ensure reliable operation of software and systems.
• Work at the highest level of all technical phases of programming; apply creative thinking.
• Design and develop procedures, manual and automated, to solve business opportunities.
