We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in Azure cloud engineering or architecture to lead a high‑performing technology team. This role focuses on modernizing enterprise applications, driving cloud transformation, and ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable platforms that support critical business operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a cross‑functional team of engineers and IT professionals
• Drive Azure cloud strategy, cloud‑native architecture, and modernization initiatives
• Oversee Java‑based enterprise applications, SQL databases, and Angular front‑end solutions
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
• Partner with business leaders and vendors to deliver scalable, compliant technology solutions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Hands‑on experience with Azure cloud services and cloud‑native architectures
• Strong background in Java/Spring, SQL, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in insurance or financial services strongly preferred
