Citi is seeking an IT Business Lead Analyst in New York to bridge business needs with technology solutions. You will collaborate with technology teams to define system requirements, oversee development, and drive performance improvements in a fast-paced banking environment.

The role requires 6–10 years of experience, strong communication with stakeholders, and a solid understanding of the SDLC. The position is full-time and located in NYC, with Citi’s comprehensive benefits package offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in customer-facing roles and strong communication with stakeholders.

• Provide input during development and implementation phases for complex, high-impact projects.
• Identify risks, assess impacts, and propose mitigation options.
• Consult with business clients to determine system specifications and coordinate with multiple teams.
