Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing IT strategic plans and technology roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives.
• Analyze KPIs and performance data related to IT strategy execution and project performance.
• Evaluate IT platforms, tools, and digital solutions based on requirements and criteria.
• Prepare analytical summaries, reports, and recommendations for IT leadership.
• Research emerging technologies (AI, cloud, automation) to identify opportunities for IT service improvements.
• Document findings and present recommendations to stakeholders to support digital initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional IT strategy and digital transformation projects with aligned timelines and resources.
• Maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, and risk/issue logs.
