Job summary

At TUV SUD America, we test, audit, inspect, and advise to advance technology's safety and reliability. We seek a senior role to lead certification audits within our sustainability portfolio and guide auditing teams across multi-site engagements.

You will shape the product portfolio strategy, coordinate with global and regional teams, provide training, monitor performance, and support sales and marketing efforts to deliver high-impact services.

Qualifications

• Lead Auditor qualification for ISO 27001/27701/TISAX or equivalent cybersecurity program.
• 5+ years of experience conducting 3rd-party certification audits.
• 3+ years of people-leadership experience managing direct reports or technical teams.
• Knowledge of certification body processes, accreditation rules, and standards in the product line.
• Understanding of market and customer requirements to inform product strategy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Audit management systems with ~50% audit utilization.
• Onboard, qualify, and resource auditors for sustainability portfolio.
• Monitor auditor performance and take corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate pre-audit and post-audit activities with Operations Manager.
• Provide technical training and contribute to knowledge-management tools.
• Develop and implement portfolio strategy aligned with global and regional objectives.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities related to sustainability services.
