Qualifications

• Experience coordinating IT strategy or digital transformation across departments.
• Experience analyzing KPIs or performance data with Excel/Power BI.
• Experience researching emerging technologies (AI, cloud, automation) with written recommendations.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders and documenting risks, issues, and outcomes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting and presentations.
• Ability to perform technology/vendor landscape assessments and recommend platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and documentation of IT strategic plans and roadmaps.
• Analyze data to track KPIs related to IT strategy and project performance.
• Support evaluation of IT platforms and digital solutions per requirements.
• Prepare analytical summaries and recommendations for IT leadership.
• Research emerging technologies (AI, cloud, automation) for improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional IT strategy and digital transformation projects.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and risk logs; support tool implementations.
