Job summary

Blue Alliance’s Path Forward IT arm seeks an IT Strategic Partner to work directly with clients in a hands-on role, guiding IT strategy and governance, and driving outcomes that reduce downtime and boost productivity.

The role emphasizes client-facing leadership, incident response, and collaboration across internal teams to deliver cost-effective technology solutions and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, ITSM, RMM and data collection tools.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and provide strategic guidance and account management support.
• Lead incident response and outages with clients and internal teams.
• Develop strategic IT plans and governance documents with clients and review them annually.
• Oversee service delivery, monitor IT performance, and review SLAs with clients.
• Identify opportunities for new technologies to drive business value and educate clients on trends.
