Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of IT services staffing experience, a proven track record of quota achievement, and the ability to land and expand with new clients across divisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling IT consulting or staff augmentation services.
• Demonstrated quarterly and yearly quota achievement.
• Land and Expand: develop new clients and grow within departments/divisions.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Growth– fulfill clients’ IT Consulting and Staff Augmentation needs through requirement qualification and working with consulting and recruiting teams.
• Operational Input– provide leadership on governance, processes, and tools to drive high-quality business.
• People Support– motivate billable consultants and reinforce Techstra branding within accounts.
• Continuous improvement– focus on continuous improvement for assigned client(s).
• Knowledge Management– ensure knowledge capture and management.
