Job summary

SHI is seeking an ITSO Procurement Analyst in New Jersey to help customers minimize EULA risks and manage software renewals. You will work with procurement and ITAM teams, deliver Renewal Optimization, and track cost savings for multiple clients.

You will coordinate with SHI sales and customer teams to ensure SLAs, maintain renewal reports, and drive informed renewal decisions while supporting other ITSO lines as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
• Preferred Software licensing experience or an Inside Sales background.
• ServiceNow experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer Procurement and ITAM contacts and SHI sales teams.
• Prepare EULA amendments to obtain vendor agreement and signature.
• Maintain a database of reviewed EULAs and cost savings reports.
• Coordinate with teams to assess maintenance renewals and optimize spend.
• Proactively contact customers 90 days before renewal dates.
