SHI International Corp. seeks a ITSO Procurement Analyst to help customers reduce EULA risks and optimize software renewals. You will coordinate with procurement, ITAM, and SHI sales to align on terms and vendor signatures.

The role focuses on renewal management, spend optimization, and proactive outreach to customers at least 90 days prior to renewals, while adhering to SLAs and report tracking.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
• Minimum 1 year in a customer service role.
• Preferred software licensing experience or Inside Sales background.
• ServiceNow experience.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with customer Procurement and SHI sales teams on renewals.
• Prepare EULA amendments to obtain vendor agreement and signature.
• Maintain EULA risk mitigation per the SOW.
• Deliver Maintenance Renewal Optimization with cross-team coordination.
• Track renewals and forecast cost savings.
• Proactively contact customers 90 days before renewal dates.
