Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with software procurement processes is required.
• Experience managing software contracts, including renewals, is required.
• Experience with IT asset management and maintaining accurate software/license records.
• Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms is required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
• Manage and coordinate annual software renewals and licensing activities.
• Create, track, and update IT/software-related tickets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and software vendors to ensure timely renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of software licenses, contracts, renewals, and related documentation.
