iRocket seeks an IT Specialist/Systems Administrator to maintain and grow internal IT systems, networks, and infrastructure. You will support on-premises and cloud environments, manage IAM, and drive security practices in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes cross-team collaboration, documentation, and proactive problem solving to ensure reliable IT operations across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years as systems administrator or similar role.
• Experience managing Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Hands-on networking experience (firewalls, VPN, switches, routing).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infra.
• Strong security mindset and endpoint security awareness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades, patches, and system improvements.

iRocket is engineering fully reusable, fully autonomous small launch vehicles to enable responsive, cost-effective, and sustainable access to space. Our team is building both the space hardware and the ground / facility infrastructure needed to support frequent launches and mission operations.

We are seeking an IT Specialist/Systems Administrator to support and grow our internal systems, networks, and infrastructure. This role will be key in ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable IT operations across the company.

The Role
