Queens Community House (QCH) is seeking an IT Specialist in Forest Hills, NY to support staff and maintain secure, reliable technology. You will troubleshoot issues, install and update software/hardware, and assist with security and compliance while collaborating with multiple departments.

The position involves project work, travel to program sites, and ongoing interaction with diverse teams across Queens. A technical bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field required or equivalent experience.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with computer hardware, software, networks, and systems.
