Job summary

Addison Group in Norman, OK is seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist to manage and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Purview across the enterprise. This role focuses on productivity, security, and compliance through advanced Microsoft solutions.

Responsibilities include administering Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive; managing Azure AD with conditional access; deploying Intune; and enforcing Purview governance. Strong scripting, communication, and documentation are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Purview environments.
• Strong expertise in Azure Active Directory, including conditional access and MFA.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing Microsoft Intune for endpoint security and device management.
• Deep understanding of compliance and governance features within Microsoft Purview.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.

• Proficiency in configuring and managing Microsoft Intune for endpoint security and device management.
• Deep understanding of compliance and governance features within Microsoft Purview.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent.
• Experience in hybrid environments integrating on-premises systems with Microsoft cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise data governance and advanced compliance scenarios.
