• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• ITIL knowledge or certification is a plus.
• A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco, or other relevant technical certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve Help Desk tickets in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, VoIP phones, mobile devices, and other endpoint hardware.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, escalating complex problems when needed.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access while following security and compliance best practices.
• Support Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, Directory Services, Cisco networking, and mobile technologies.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions accurately.
• Coordinate hardware and software upgrades, deployments, and system improvements.
• Partner with other IT teams to resolve incidents and support business initiatives.
• Assist with security-related issues and help maintain the integrity of enterprise systems and data.
• Perform additional IT support duties and special projects as assigned.

Pay: $33/hour

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for end users across desktop, hardware, software, and network environments.
