About the Role

We are seeking a versatile IT Specialist to join our team. The IT Specialist may provide service desk support or project support, giving you the opportunity to troubleshoot issues, support end-users, and lead technical implementations both remotely and on-site.

You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality IT services, acting as a trusted partner to clients while ensuring technology aligns with their business needs. This position offers exposure to a wide range of systems, environments, and real-world IT scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

As an IT Specialist, you will:

  • Support client IT environments including hardware, software, networking, and cloud systems
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently both remotely and on-site
  • Execute project work and service tickets accurately and in accordance with defined processes
  • Perform system assessments, documentation, and provide technical recommendations
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues and collaborate with vendors as needed
  • Keep clients informed with clear communication and status updates
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed
  • Provide end-user guidance, training, and best practices
  • Assist with project delivery and co-managed IT services for client environments
  • Continuously build technical knowledge through training and hands‑on experience
