Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) is seeking an IT Specialist I to deliver Tier 1 support, diagnose routine issues across desktops, software, and access management in a fast-paced medical environment.

You will use ITSM tools, assist with Active Directory and Intune, and collaborate with Workplace Services to improve end-user experiences. On-site role with potential evening/weekend shifts; competitive benefits included.

Qualificações

• Two years IT support or service desk experience.
• Experience in medical industry preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows and M365.
• IT certifications preferred.
• HS diploma required; associate degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to Tier 1 and occasional Tier 2 issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and enterprise apps.
• Provide support through phone, email, walk-up, and online ticketing systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues; escalate when needed.
• Document incidents using ITSM tools and ensure SLA-compliant reporting.
• Assist in administration of enterprise applications and systems.
• Help with Active Directory, Citrix monitoring, and Microsoft Intune tasks.
• Create documentation and policies for configuration and usage; maintain HIPAA compliance.
