ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking an IT Specialist to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and to support a broad range of devices and systems. The role emphasizes proactive maintenance, hands-on troubleshooting, and strong customer service for on-site users in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field and 2–3 years of IT support, with familiarity in AD, Group Policy, VMware, Azure, and MDM. Weekend shifts may be required.
The IT Specialist ensures business processes and supporting systems continue to meet business project stakeholder needs. This position is vital to the operations team's success, ensuring seamless production with minimal to no downtime.
