Job summary

HEDSouth is seeking an IT Specialist to own the technology that keeps our office, field, and leadership teams running smoothly and securely. You will manage the network, enforce security, and oversee Microsoft 365 services in a small-office environment in Hollywood, FL.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT, systems, or network administration experience and hands-on Microsoft 365 administration. This full-time role offers daytime hours Mon-Fri with occasional after-hours support.

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs of experience in IT, systems administration, or network administration.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the network: design, deploy and support core IT infrastructure.
• Documentation: track systems, accounts, licenses, and configurations.
• Support: act as first and last line of support for outages.
• Microsoft 365 Administration: Entra ID, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Teams.
• Security & Backup: protect data, maintain backups and recovery plans.

Your Location:

• Our Office: 2010 Thomas St Hollywood, FL 33020

Your Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk) — We do not short your hours!!!
• Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm
• Occasional after hours support for urgent outages
