Job summary

HEDSouth is seeking an IT Specialist in Hollywood, FL to own and secure the office, field, and leadership tech stack. You will design, deploy, and support the network, Microsoft 365 services, and related infrastructure.

The role requires 5+ years in IT with strong networking skills, Windows/macOS management, and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly to non-technical staff and clients. Occasional after-hours support may be needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT, systems or network administration.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong networking and endpoint management across Windows and macOS.
• Ability to explain technical issues in plain language.
• Experience with luxury or high net worth clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the network: design, deploy, support.
• Document systems, accounts, licenses, and configurations.
• First and last line of support for outages.
• Manage Microsoft 365: Entra ID, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Teams.
• Ensure security and backups; maintain recovery plans.

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 / year

Description

HEDSouth is growing, and we're looking for an IT Specialist to own the technology that keeps our office, field, and leadership teams running smoothly and securely.

You Are:

You Have:

• A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, High EQ.

Your Location:

• Our Office: 2010 Thomas St Hollywood, FL 33020

Your Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk) - We do not short your hours!!!
• Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm
• Occasional after hours support for urgent outages
