Job summary

HEDSouth is actively seeking an IT Specialist to own the network, deploy and support systems, and secure our office and field operations. You will document configurations, licenses, and accounts, while providing front-line IT support for staff and clients.

Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and strong networking skills across Windows and macOS are essential. We offer competitive compensation from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, plus 401k with match, medical coverage, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs of experience in IT, systems administration, or network administration.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Strong networking and endpoint management skills across Windows and macOS.
• Able to explain technical issues in plain language to non-technical staff and clients.
• Luxury or high net worth client experience (a plus!).

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 / year

Description

HEDSouth is growing, and we're looking for an IT Specialist to own the technology that keeps our office, field, and leadership teams running smoothly and securely.

You Are:

You Have:

• A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, High EQ.

Your Location:

• Our Office: 2010 Thomas St Hollywood, FL 33020

Your Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk) - We do not short your hours!!!
• Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm
• Occasional after hours support for urgent outages
