DenTech Industrial is seeking an IT Specialist to provide computer support and security administration across hardware, software, and networking. You will troubleshoot problems, install updates, and act as a Help Desk for staff, ensuring reliable IT services.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree or relevant certification, strong problem solving, communication, and organizational skills, and stays current with evolving technology and security practices.

The Information Technology (IT) Specialist is a computer support and security administrator who assists DenTech Industrial with managing hardware, software, networking, and solving problems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Offer technical support to DenTech staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
• Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
• Serve as a Help Desk to DenTech employees as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Associates Degree, or specific certification in field of expertise.
• Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and programming.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
